Story
We are a small, family run business, that operates all over Western Washington State. We were founded in 2021 but have roots that date back decades. We are an IICRC WRT certified company that provides a wide range of services. Not only do we provide emergency services but we also provide restoration, maintenance, and general contracting.

JNA Services provides 24/7 service to our customers because we understand the importance of mitigating emergencies. Data has shown that responding to an emergency within the first hour drastically decreases the chances of secondary damages. Reducing the chances of secondary damage not only potentially saves personal belongings but can also reduce the financial impact of water damage.
JNA Services provides a one stop location for residential, commercial, and multi-family locations. Not only do we provide emergency services but we also provide the restoration after water damage.
We understand that an emergency can be a stressful and scary situation. Having to deal with multiple companies throughout the process of mitigation and restoration can create unwanted additional stress.

JNA Services works directly with some of the best flooring, drywall, tile, and painting companies in the greater Seattle area. This allows our customers to have one point of contact and still receive high quality restoration services. We also work directly with some of the best small business specialty trades in the areas as well: plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.

Our restoration services are not limited to post water damage incidences. We provide a wide range of design, estimation, and construction of private and commercial renovations.
JNA Services is licensed and insured to assess and remediate mold in residential, commercial, and multi-family units.

Mold is not a situation customers should take lightly. Although they sell over the counter products to kill and disinfect mold, you should always have a professional assess the mold and provide professional remediation services. The liability insurance needed to cover mold is a specialty insurance that is rarely covered by companies outside of professionals. We highly recommend ensuring that whoever you choose to assess and mitigate your mold that you ask to see their insurance to work around these delicate situations.

Former athletes founded, built, and continue to lead JNA Services to this day. The drive to strive for excellence and compete to be the best is one of the many standout qualities that separates us from everyone else. The water damage and restoration industry has struggled with an image problem for decades. One of our main goals at JNA Services is to provide high quality work with transparent communication. Another goal is to provide a service, that when covered by insurance, doesn't end with the customer paying exorbitant out-of-pocket costs. The horror stories we hear about companies giving customers unsuspecting bills that insurance doesn't cover is where we distance ourselves further from the pack. We set out on every mitigation claim to ensure customers don't pay out of pocket for the mitigation services.

My name is John Allen. I am the owner and operator of JNA Services LLC. I'm a former collegiate and professional athlete, graduate of Western Washington University, and native of Brier, WA.

I grew up in a family of roofers and landscapers. It's an honor and privilege to continue to provide services to the communities I grew up in.
